Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it and informing you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — posting delays may occur.
Contact your bank — processing delays are common.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item for the same product, email madanje40@gmail.com and send your item to the return address listed on your invoice or order confirmation.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to the return address provided on your order confirmation.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return and exchange shipping times may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
